How Richert Homes began
Richert Homes started as a family venture, founded by Luke Richert alongside his dad, who brought years of development experience to the table.
What began with renovating properties in North Leeds quickly grew into something more, as they took on their first small new-build projects on compact sites across Leeds.
From day one, the focus was simple: do things properly, take pride in the details, and build homes they would be happy to put their name to.
Six years on, Richert Homes has grown into an experienced Yorkshire housebuilder, delivering new homes across the region on a range of sites, from small developments of three houses through to larger schemes of 20+ homes.
While the business has expanded, the approach has stayed the same: careful planning, quality workmanship, and a hands-on, personal way of working. It’s this mix of experience and care that makes Richert Homes a builder families can trust.
