Where do you build new homes?

We build quality family homes across Yorkshire, with developments in both West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. Our locations change as new sites launch, so the best place to check is our Our New Homes page.

Are you a local Yorkshire housebuilder?

Yes. Richert Homes is a Yorkshire-based, family-run housebuilder. We keep our developments to a manageable size so we can stay close to quality and customer care.

How do I register interest in a development?

You can register your interest via the development page or our contact form. Once registered, we’ll keep you updated with key information such as launch dates, availability and viewing opportunities.

Can I book a viewing?

Yes. If viewings are available for a development, you can request one through the development page or by contacting us directly. We’ll confirm details and any site access arrangements.

How do reservations work?

If you’d like to secure a plot, we’ll guide you through the reservation process and outline the next steps clearly. Reservation fees and timescales can vary by development, so we’ll confirm this at the time.

What’s included as standard in your homes?

Our specification is designed around quality and everyday comfort. Each development may differ slightly, but we’ll always provide clear details on what’s included as standard and what options may be available.

Are your floorplans and CGIs exactly what will be built?

Floorplans, CGIs and illustrations are provided to help you understand the design and layout, but they are indicative. Details can change during the build process, so we’ll confirm the final specification and drawings where needed.

Do your homes come with a warranty?

Yes. Our homes are covered by a new home warranty (provider and cover details will be confirmed per development). We’ll share the full warranty information as part of your purchase journey.

What happens after we move in?

We remain on hand after completion. We’ll provide guidance on how to report any snagging items and what to expect during the initial settling-in period, so you feel supported from day one.

Do you build larger sites or smaller developments?

We typically focus on smaller, well-considered developments. It means we can pay closer attention to detail, landscaping and the overall feel of the neighbourhood, rather than churning out volume housing.

Do you buy land in Yorkshire?

Yes, we’re always open to new opportunities across Yorkshire, including West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and areas around Leeds and Wakefield. If you have a site to discuss (with or without planning permission), please contact us through the New Land page.
