Good design should feel simple. At Richert Homes, we start with the setting first, the landscape, the light, and how people will really use the space day to day.
Our design principles guide every decision, from the layout of a site and the green space around it, to the flow of a kitchen, the storage you actually need, and the materials that stand up to family life. It’s how we create homes that feel welcoming from day one and work well for years to come.
Our values
We build our homes with consistent values.
Desirable locations
We look for sites that offer easy access to the countryside and amenities that matter to families.
Energy efficient living
Solar panels and air source heat pumps as standard.
Green spaces & generous gardens
Generous outdoor space is a non-negotiable on our sites.
