We're proud to introduce Manor Croft, our latest development of 9 new family homes coming to Painthorpe Lane in Crigglestone, near Wakefield.
Designed with family life in mind
Manor Croft will offer a mix of house sizes to suit different stages of family life, with generous gardens and green space woven into the layout from the start rather than added at the end.
It's the same approach we take on all our sites as a Yorkshire housebuilder: keep developments small and manageable, and put the time into the details that make a place feel like home.
A well-connected village location
Crigglestone offers a village setting with Wakefield close by and Leeds within easy reach, making Manor Croft a convenient base for work and everyday life.
Work well underway on site
We're well underway on site, with groundworks and drainage progressing well. We'll be sharing more as the homes take shape, including further details on the house types.
