We've submitted a full planning application to North Yorkshire Council for four new bungalows in Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe, North Yorkshire.
Single-storey homes at the foot of Sutton Bank
The proposed scheme is made up of two 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom single-storey homes, set at the foot of Sutton Bank. The design keeps the scale low, so the new homes sit comfortably alongside the village's existing cottages and listed chapel.

New bungalows for village life
There's real demand for well-built bungalows in rural North Yorkshire, especially from people who want to downsize without leaving the village they know. This scheme has been shaped with them in mind, offering easy-to-live-in, single-storey homes in a familiar setting. The proposed layout also sets aside areas for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) around the site.
What happens next
The application is now with North Yorkshire Council, and we'll share an update once a decision has been made. Keep an eye on our News page for the latest on this and our other Yorkshire developments.
